35th Annual A Day in the Country

For 35 years YLT has hosted A Day in the County to celebrate the bountiful farmland of Yolo County and the work YLT is doing to conserve and protect this prime farmland.

The event highlights the abundance of food grown locally in Yolo County, bringing together producers and consumers. Guest will enjoy a variety of fresh, seasonal food from Yolo County farms that is prepared by the best chefs in the region. Music will be provided by the Bottom Dwellers and food will be complemented by Yolo County wineries and breweries.

What began as a small wine and cheese gathering in 1989, A Day in the Country has become YLT’s signature fundraising event that highlights the relationship between field and table and the importance farmland has on sustaining our community.
