Set amidst beautiful farmland, A Day in the Country showcases seasonal dishes prepared by top local chefs, using ingredients grown right here in Yolo County.

Guests enjoy farm-fresh food, live music, exceptional wines and craft beers, and the opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for protecting agricultural land.

What began as an intimate wine-and-cheese gathering in 1989 has blossomed into our signature fundraiser that highlights the deep connection between field and table, and the vital role farmland plays in feeding our community.

We’re grateful to gather with you in support of our vital mission and to celebrate the farms, food, and community that make Yolo County so special.

Excellent event! Delicious food, lively music, fantastic location. The amount of speaking was perfect - enough to get a good understanding of YLT's mission and some current work - but still left plenty of time for networking with other guests.

We loved the event! It was our first time and loved the venue, the music, the food. I’ve attended a lot of farm dinners and I love how casual this event is and that it is family friendly.
